Setting up SOS Alerts
To create SOS-type alerts, the first step is to go to Settings -> System -> Alerts. Then click New.

First, select the alert type you want; in this case, choose SOS Alert: Status change.

Then choose the status change you want, the channel for receiving notifications (how you want them delivered), and give the alert a name.

Push Notification Channel:
To fill in the content correctly, you can use special tags, which let you insert specific data such as first name, last name, ID number, and so on. In this case, since it's an SOS alert, these tags are especially useful. Just click the tag you need; in this example, we'll use first name, last name, ID, and phone.

Email Channel
Unlike the Push Notification Channel, here you can add the "Subject" field and use a rich text editor.

Finally, you can choose who should receive the alert: users, operators, or both. You can also specify which operator profile it should be sent to.
