In the Operations module, you'll find "Service review," which lets administrators validate every trip completed by the driver and make changes as needed. This feature is optional and depends on each company's needs.
It can be enabled from the settings module, since it is disabled by default.
To enable the "Service review" section, go to Settings > Company > Products. Then edit a product to turn it on.
