Web Panel: Set up connection shifts for drivers
First, enable the Shifts feature under Settings > Apps > Driver
From the dispatcher, you'll now be able to see each driver's shift so you can assign them.
Important note: If your Service Types are set to Simultaneous request mode, the "Request driver by connection shift" option will be disabled.
