Driver doesn't qualify for ride assignment
Under Maintenance > Settings > Pricing > Commissions in the web panel, you'll find the "Enable assignments" option.
When this option is turned on, an extra menu section called “Assign me rides” appears in the driver app.

When the driver opens this section, they can review scheduled rides on a map and in a list.

This way, drivers can manage their own rides and pick the trip they want to take, so they no longer have to wait on the dispatcher to send them a request or rely on the system to assign one automatically—depending on how it's configured.
In the driver app, the message "You don't qualify for ride assignment" may appear.

To fix this, the relevant commission must be enabled for that driver under People > Drivers.

That same commission and the auto-assignment option for rides must also be enabled under Maintenance > Settings > Apps > Driver.
