28. Real-Time Tracking
A feature that lets customers and operators track the exact location of an order throughout its journey.
29. Proof of Delivery
Digital confirmation (signature, photo, or QR code) that verifies the package was received by the recipient.
30. Reverse Logistics
The process of collecting and returning products from the customer back to the distribution center.
