SOS Alerts (panic button)
SOS or panic alerts are available from both the rider and driver apps. From the web panel you can view every event. They arrive as real-time notifications, and you can respond to them by viewing the geolocation of where the incident occurred.
Driver app
When the driver is on a trip, the emergency button appears automatically. Pressing it brings up a confirmation message letting them know it was sent successfully.
Rider app
It works the same way in the rider app. Once the rider is on a trip, they'll see the SOS button, which logs the event in the system and sends the notification.
